I wanted to touch bases with you reference your email to the City Manager and others. I will be meeting with City staff reference your idea in about 3 weeks. We are checking on some property evaluations and waiting on some other information from the County. After we have met I will reach back out to you to have a more formal discussion on this topic.

Very interesting and hopefully this will provide some incentives going forward. I am not versed in all of those options, but I know the Boulevard is an area that I believe could really bring life back to Topeka and will directly tie to the downtown improvements. Thanks for sharing.

Bring Back the Boulevard TIF
If you are a property owner within the area shaded in Green, please support the “Bring Back the Boulevard TIF” project. This will be like the “Dynamic Core TIF District”. Each property owner can “self-help” and be their own developer.
